Cleaning Tender – Harbour buildings communal areas.

4 hrs per day – 7 days a week, 364 days a year. (Not required on Christmas Day).

Saundersfoot Harbour are seeking a partner to take on the cleaning of communal areas of the buildings within the Harbour’s domain. The buildings include the Marine Centre of Excellence, The Coal House, The Schooner and The Public Toilet Building.

Details of the specific areas required to be cleaned under this tender can be found below.

Marine Centre – communal areas:

· Grd floor lobby and corridor floors, 4 x toilets, 4 x sinks, 1 x shower inc. floors.

· 1 x lift car, lift doors and lift car floor.

· 1st floor lobbies, 3 x toilets, 3 x sinks inc. floors.

· 2nd floor lobbies, 3 x toilets, 3 x sinks inc. floors.

· 3rd floor lobbies, 3 x toilets, 3 x sinks inc. floors.

· Stairwells to all floors, front and rear staircases.

· Bannisters and internal glazing.

· Supply of toilet rolls and soaps to all dispensers.

· Emptying of bins and replacing bin liners.

Schooner:

· 1 x toilet, 1 x sink and toilet floor. (Summer – 3 times a week, Winter – once a week)

· Supply of toilet roll and soap to dispensers.

· Emptying of bin and replacing bin liner.

Coal House:

· Harbour Stays side of the building – communal areas:

o Grd floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor lobbies inc. floors.

o 1 x toilet, 1 x sink inc. floor.

o 1 x lift car, lift doors and lift car floor.

o Stairwells from Grd to 2nd floor.

o Bannisters and internal glazing.

· Gift shop and Heritage Centre floor. (Summer – 3 times a week, Winter – once a week).

· Supply of toilet rolls and soap to all dispensers.

· Emptying of bins and replacing bin liners.

Public Toilet Building: (Summer – twice a day, Winter – once a day).

· 6 x toilets, 2 x urinals, 8 x sinks.

· All floors.

· Supply of toilet rolls and soap to all dispensers.

· Emptying of bins and replacing bin bags and liners.
