Easy Access Beach & Viewpoint

Saundersfoot Beach is one of 18 Easy Access Beaches in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, and Saundersfoot Harbour an Easy Access Viewpoint. There is easy access to Saundersfoot Beach via the main concrete slipway next to the Harbour Car Park, and to Glen Beach via a zig-zag ramp at the end of the Harbour next to the new Marine Centre of Excellence.

Beach Wheelchair Hire

A Beach Wheelchair, specially designed to be used on sandy beaches, is available to hire directly from Saundersfoot Harbour during the summer season.

The Beach Wheelchair Project is being coordinated by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority. Beach Wheelchairs must be pre-booked online here. Walks for All

There are several routes in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park which are suitable for those who use pushchairs, mobility scooters, manual or powered wheelchairs, and those with limited walking ability. The closest Walks for All route is Coppet Hall to Stepaside (3.2 miles). For more routes in the National Park click here.

Parking

There are disabled parking spaces in the Harbour Car Park for Blue Badge Holders, in close proximity to the beach, village shops and restaurants, and also to the Marine Centre. Please remember to Pay & Display.

There are also disabled parking spaces in the Car Park by the Regency Hall, and also at Coppet Hall.

Facilities

Saundersfoot Harbour's public toilets, include disabled facilities, and are situated just off the Harbour Car Park near the Sailing Club on the harbour. There are also disabled facilities opposite the Regency Hall in the Council Car Park, however these charge a small fee.
