PUBLICITY AND CONSULTATION BEFORE APPLYING FOR PLANNING PERMISSION NOTICE
UNDER ARTICLES 2C AND 2D
Purpose of this notice: this notice provides the opportunity to comment directly to the developer on a proposed development prior to the submission of a planning application to the local planning authority (“LPA”). Any subsequent planning application will be publicised by the relevant LPA; any comments provided in response to this notice will not prejudice your ability to make representations to the LPA on any related planning application. You should note that any comments submitted may be placed on the public file.
Proposed development at: Coal building and lawn to the west of Cambrian Place, Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire, SA69 9ER
I give notice that: Saundersfoot Harbour Commissioners are intending to apply for planning permission for: Ocean Square - change of use of Coal building, including internal alterations, and demolition of existing single storey extension (western elevation). Proposed extension of western elevation of building (three storeys including roof space to height of existing building) and proposed extension of northern elevation (single storey), to provide visitor centre, exhibition space, plus short-stay accommodation (sixteen beds). Proposed events' space plus small commercial units (fifteen), and landscape works.
You may inspect copies of: the proposed application; the plans; and other supporting documents below or computer facilities are available to view this information online at Saundersfoot Library and Information Centre, Regency Hall, Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire, SA69 9NG between the hours of 10:00 - 16:00 (closed 13:00 - 14:00)
The formal period during which comments should be made is from 28/06/18 to 27/07/18
Anyone who wishes to make representations about this proposed development must write to the

CF10 1AF by 27/07/18.
